The origin, establishment, and initiation of activities for Tasnim Tejarat Iranian Company can be traced back to the founding members of the company. This team, which has been collaborating on oil and gas industry projects for over 20 years, came together with the aim of leveraging the expertise and capabilities of specialists and experts. Their goal was to create synergy in executing industrial projects and providing engineering and construction services, leading to the establishment of Tasnim Tejarat Iranian Company.

The initial core of the company, since 2003, has been a leader in engineering activities related to the oil and gas industry, focusing primarily on designing, constructing, and commissioning fuel supply stations, especially automotive fuel stations (gas stations). This work was carried out under the contracting name of Amirhossein Torabi.

This contracting firm has been a pioneer in this specialized field, closely connected to the oil products distribution industry, and is one of the few contractors listed and approved by the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company (NIOPDC) under the Ministry of Petroleum of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
